Product & Shipping Information

Everything you need to know about print quality, custom orders, production, shipping, and caring for your artwork.

Products & Materials

All fine-art prints are produced using professional printing processes, archival-quality inks, and carefully selected papers designed for exceptional detail, color accuracy, and longevity.

Each photograph is individually prepared for print, with paper selections chosen to complement the characteristics of the image. Specific paper types and available finishes are listed within each product description.

Prints are produced to order through a professional fine-art printing lab to maintain consistent quality.

Sizing & Custom Orders

Each photograph is available in a selection of sizes, with dimensions and pricing listed on its individual product page.

Custom sizing is also available upon request. Whether you're looking for a specific dimension to fit an existing frame, a larger statement piece, or something outside the standard options, I'm happy to discuss creating a print tailored to your space.

Custom orders may require additional image preparation, cropping, resizing, or production adjustments. As a result, pricing will vary depending on the requested dimensions, materials, and work involved.

To inquire about a custom order, please reach out through the Contact page with the photograph you're interested in, your preferred dimensions, and any other specific requirements.

All custom requests are subject to image proportions, resolution, and production capabilities. I'll review the details and provide a quote before proceeding.

Production & Processing

All prints are made to order rather than held in inventory.

Each order is professionally produced, inspected, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Production times vary depending on the product, size, framing requirements, and current order volume. Unframed prints typically require less production time than framed pieces.

Because each piece is created specifically for your order, please allow time for production in addition to shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are professionally packaged to protect the artwork during transit. Depending on the size and format, prints may be shipped flat or in protective tubes, while framed pieces receive additional protective packaging.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are paid by the customer.

Domestic and international shipping options are available for eligible products and destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and production requirements. Any delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside my control.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing an order.

Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Orders

Because prints are made to order, returns or exchanges for a change of mind are generally not accepted.

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

I'll review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Print Care & Handling

Fine-art prints are designed to last for many years when handled and displayed properly.

To help preserve your artwork:

  • Handle prints with clean, dry hands, preferably by the edges.

  • Avoid touching the printed surface directly.

  • Display artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures.

  • Use archival-quality framing materials and appropriate glazing for long-term protection.

  • If your print arrives rolled, carefully remove it from its packaging and allow it to relax before framing. Professional framing is recommended for larger pieces.

Proper handling and display will help maintain the appearance and longevity of your print.
